COLD CASE HOMICIDES
Homicide 90-03826
On 07-06-1990, a female newborn baby was found discarded and deceased inside a trash dumpster at Forest Lawn Cemetery, located at 4471 Lincoln Avenue in the City of Cypress. The baby appeared to be full term, born within days of being discovered and was wrapped in a bed sheet.
Efforts to identify her or those involved in her death have been unsuccessful.

Homicide 87-00968: Pena, Miguel
On 02-18-1987, a Hispanic male was found deceased on the railroad tracks, south of Orange Avenue east of Juanita Street in the City of Cypress. The deceased male was later identified as Miguel Pena (date of birth: 02-12-1958).
Efforts to identify a suspect or those involved in Pena’s death have been unsuccessful.
