2026 Summer Challenger Basketball
Challenger Basketball, organized by the Recreation and Community Services department, offers a unique and inclusive platform for individuals with intellectual or physical disabilities. This free program is designed to create a supportive and structured environment where participants can engage in the sport of basketball, fostering physical activity, social interaction, and personal growth. By emphasizing inclusivity and adaptability, Challenger Basketball aims to empower individuals with diverse abilities, promoting both physical well-being and a sense of community camaraderie.

League Guidelines:
- No Drinks in the gym other than Water
- No Food in the gym
- Positive sportsmanship by Coaches, Players, Parents/Family members and Staff
Volunteer coaches needed:
Seeking volunteer coaches who have experience working with youth and adults with disabilities! If you are a new or returning coach, please fill out the appropriate application, print, sign and return to the Cypress Community Center, or email it to crpd@cypressca.org. Once your application is submitted, it will be reviewed and you will be notified of following steps.
