Festival seating, picnics, families and lawn chairs encouraged.  No seating setup allowed prior to 2:00pm Friday. Arts and Crafts will be available for children starting at 5:30pm.  Food and desserts will be available for purchase at all concerts. Alcohol and smoking of any kind are prohibited.
